In this example, Glen is logged into Lync and he is available. When a Lync Meeting invitation comes in he will be prompted to answer..
Click on the phone.

At the bottom of the Online Meeting request pops up and asks:there are two more options: Join From or Decline. Join From lets you call in or respond as Do Not Disturb.

Today, Glen selected to Join the meeting.

8. Try It: Review the Participants
There are three participants.

Clair and Elizabeth have IM, Phone, Video and Presentation available. Glen is on a desktop and does not have any video but he can hear the conversation and watch the presentation.
